Kevin Mitchell
Head of Womens Basketball Coach
Kevin Mitchell joined the La Sierra University Athletic Department as the Women’s Head Basketball Coach in 2017.
Mitchell has a plethora of coaching experience, where he assisted with the NBA pre-draft and off-season workouts with players such as Jayson Tatum, Bradley Beal, Zach Lavine, Gordon Hayward, Jordan Clarkson and Joel Embiid, amongst others.

Terry Roy has been with the Los Angeles Rams for 2 years. He has been with the sports industry with over twelve years of experience. Before the LA Rams, Terry was with NFL team Tampa Bay Buccaneers for 7 years.
JAVIER KRUMM ATHLETIC DIRECTOR
Javier Krumm is entering his tenth year as athletic director at La Sierra University. In 2016, Krumm was named the Cal Pac Athletic Director of the Year, and in 2018 he was presented with the Jay J. Nethery Award for Extraordinary Service to Students at La Sierra University.

Don Ott
Don Ott has been the California Pacific Conference full time commissioner since 2017, but has served the league in a part- time role since 2007. Ott has worked with intercollegiate athletics for over 30 years.

Catina Mount joined Riverside Personnel in 2003. Her current position as Senior Staffing Supervisor, she enjoys placing employees because she is improving the lives of employees and employers.
